| Apixstar, threads or 10-result pages | $70 | $0.70 | Flat per request, enterprise discount on large top-ups |

How each provider's pricing works
| Model | Who uses it | What to watch |
|---|---|---|
| Flat per request | Apixstar, Redditapis | Simple to forecast. Apixstar counts a listing as one request per 10 results |
| Daily volume tiers | TikHub | The low rate applies only to requests above a daily threshold, and resets each day |
| Credit packs | ScrapeCreators | You buy in steps, so small volumes pay for unused credits |
| Monthly plans with overage | FetchLayer | Unused allowance does not carry over |
| By agreement | Reddit official | Lowest per call, but needs approval and a contract |

Calculator questions
How is each price calculated?
From the pricing model each provider publishes: a flat rate, daily volume tiers, credit packs or monthly plans. The calculator picks the cheapest published option for the volume you enter.
Why does TikHub get cheaper at high volume?
Its discounts apply per day. Requests above 1,000 in a day are 10% off, and the rate keeps falling to half price above 30,000 a day. The calculator spreads your monthly volume evenly across 30 days.
Why is the official Reddit API the cheapest per call?
Reddit announced $0.24 per 1,000 calls for commercial access in 2023. That rate is by agreement and needs approval, so it is not available to everyone on demand.
Does a request return the same amount of data everywhere?
No. Providers return different page sizes for one request, and the calculator cannot adjust for that. Apixstar is shown twice because it bills listings per 10 results: once for thread reads and small pages, and once for pages of 100 results.
What does Apixstar cost for a million requests?
$500 for a million thread reads or 10-result pages, including the enterprise discount that applies to a top-up of that size. A million pages of 100 results costs ten times the list amount before discounts.
